I’m Rachael, an experienced personal assistant, event manager, and pet sitter/dog walker. I’m excited and motivated to help with your projects and challenges. I’m available throughout NYC and bring over a decade of expertise in event planning, project management, and personalized support.

*Event Management*
- With 10+ years directing events—from weddings to VIP summits and 2,000+ corporate events—I can help at any stage: consulting, run of show, day-of coordination, or full event execution. I’m also a certified NYC wedding officiant, happy to officiate your ceremony or handle the legal paperwork.

*Pet Care*
- As a seasoned pet sitter and dog walker, I have experience with cats and dogs, including administering medication, nail trimming, and more. I’ve earned rave reviews on platforms like Meowtel and have professionally cared for pets for more than 15 years. While I can’t host pets, I’m happy to come to you!

*Personal Assistance*
- I’ve tackled diverse tasks: tech help, tutoring, resume reviews, home admin projects (organizing, cleaning, collecting mail, watering plants, painting), data management, and more. Whether it’s managing your home or tackling a unique project, I’m here to support your needs.

*Art & Design Services*
- My business partner offers photography, interior design, art lessons, and sustainable floral arrangements. They source directly from a local flower farm to provide ethical, sustainable flowers at a lower cost than many businesses offer for special occasions or home decor. I would be happy to connect you. About this Lister

I am a passionate, motivated problem solver in both work and life. As a somewhat recent transplant to New York, I am still seeking out the best soup dumpling, trying to fall in love with winter, and exploring the city's many parks and museums.

Much of my professional experience is in the sustainability / climate space, and my personal passion is gathering people with a shared mission (whether that mission is tackling the climate crisis or finding the best Brooklyn diner).

I’ve managed projects for federal agencies, private companies, and mission-driven nonprofits. If I’m not the right fit, I have a network of skilled NYC professionals I’d happily refer you to. References available upon request.

I founded a personal assistant business years ago. Since then, I have acted as a full time project manager, international events director, and content marketer for the federal government, private companies, and mission-driven nonprofits. I am bringing my personal assistant expertise to NYC and eager to meet neighbors who need a helping hand.
