Hi everyone! I’ll be traveling this summer and looking to sublet my beloved apartment for a few months. This space is truly my favorite place in the world, so I’m hoping to find someone who will care for it as if it were their own.

I'm looking for a clean, responsible, organized, and respectful individual—non-smoker, no parties, no loud music. This is a quiet and peaceful home, and I'd like to keep it that way. Bonus points if you love plants! 🌿

The apartment is very bright. The sun enters all the rooms.

📍Location:
Sunnyside, Queens — a charming residential neighborhood, just an 8-minute walk to the 7 Train (46th Street station), and about 20 minutes to Manhattan. The area has everything you need: grocery stores, restaurants, and cool bakeries.

🏠The Apartment:

2 bedrooms

Renovated kitchen and bathroom.

Fully furnished (bed, dresser, sleeper sofa — please no spills!, kitchen essentials, books, old smart TV, etc.)

All utilities included (electricity, gas, water, internet, heat)

🚫Important to Note:
This is a summer sublet only, and I do not have AC. I personally use fans (I’ll leave two for you), which usually work fine for me. However, this might not be the best fit if you need air conditioning to feel comfortable. Keep in mind that the sun enters all the rooms, so the apartment can get very warm during peak summer hours.

Rental requirements

-I’m asking for the month’s rent ($3000) and a security deposit ($3000) upfront. I’ll return the security deposit immediately after the sublet ends, once I’ve checked that everything is in good condition.

-We’ll sign a sublet agreement so that everything is clearly outlined and protected for both of us. (My landlord is aware and has approved the sublet.)

-Copy of your ID or Passport.
