I offer these services and much more in private one-on-one online lessons.

You can learn from anywhere in the world in the comfort of your own home.

Lessons can be weekly or bi-weekly, and 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or an hour depending on your availability and what you're looking to accomplish.

You can also purchase packages of 4 lessons with a 5% discount or 8 lessons with 10% discount. These make great gifts as well!

About this Lister

Hello! My name is Lucia, I'm a professional touring musician and recording artist. I love teaching music and learning and growing with my students! One of my favorite things is sharing music back and forth with my students, who have introduced me to so many great artists and songs. I always aim to inspire by connecting our lessons to the students' interests. I have a concentration in American Roots Music - because of this, I like to take a folk/pop approach to a lot of my teaching - I'm a huge fan of music from the 60s and 70s, so if you're into that, we can learn and play all those songs!

Background and Expertise

I have been playing music for most of my life! Beginning with violin at the age of 6, I also studied piano, and added guitar as a teenager. Singing has always and will always be a huge part of my life as well. I went to the New England Conservatory and Berklee College of Music, where I received my Bachelor's degree in Violin Performance and American Roots Music. After college I did recording sessions and freelanced, and toured and recorded albums with my band The Ladles. (Which I still do to this day!) I have been teaching for over a decade, and feel that I've really honed in on my style of teaching - music to me is a creative act, and it's important to me that my students start to dive into their creativity by learning music with me. I have taught private and group classes to students of all ages, and taught in schools as well - currently I exclusively teach private lessons online.
