Hi, I'm looking for someone to sublet the downstairs bedroom of my duplex starting Nov. 10th. There will be a few weeks in Nov and Dec that we will be away for the holidays. When we overlap, we will be living upstairs and sharing common spaces with you.

Dec. 9-12: Space is unavailable (already rented)

The apartment is 1.5 blocks away from the Kingston/Throop C train, close to restaurants and bars in Bedstuy, a 10 minute walk to Brower Park or 30 minute walk to Prospect Park.
The room has a twin bed (for one person) and a desk for working. There is now a sliding glass door instead of a curtain for privacy.
Downstairs: your bedroom, living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom. Laundry is in the basement.
*There is currently construction going on next door from 8am-5pm.

15% discount for stays longer than a week!
1/2 payment required upfront to hold the space and the rest immediately upon arrival. Will require a $500 security deposit upfront as well.
