We are a group house in Prospect Heights looking for a mid-term sublet roommate join our community. We have weekly meetings to discuss house matters (events we want to do, chores that need to be done, and what's going on in our lives).

The room is furnished and comparable itself to a studio. It has a king bed, working station, enormous walk-in closet, and three large windows facing south. The room is on the second floor and you will be sharing a bathroom with only one other person. The building itself is over 120 years old, and was lovingly restored in the '70s.

All sorts of people have lived here, so we welcome all to apply, especially PoCs/women! (We are also open to couples with an increased rent of 2005.) The right person will find enthusiasm in the prospect of adding to our home, whatever that may mean.

We are targeting ideally a Nov. 1st move-in date but can be flexible to later move-ins for the right person.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
