Looking for someone to take either room August- January 31st or someone interested in August only.

Close to J, C and b26 bus to downtown Brooklyn and Ridgewood. Neighborhood is pretty chill and a short walk to many restaurants and bars.

There will be a sweet and loving dog in the space parttime.

Looking for someone who is clean and open to having a schedule so we can ensure the common spaces stay maintained.

Currently, the room is unfurnished but I can get a bed if you don't have one.

Unfortunately, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible and has two flights of stairs to get the apartment.
