Hello, I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Atwater Village and looking for a temporary roommate to fill one room.
Ideally someone who is relocating to LA or traveling for a few months- open to being flexible with dates. One of the rooms is being used by a writer who is only around a few days a week
M-F only. I occupy the 3rd room with bathroom.

The room looking to be occupied offers a big window with natural light and is furnished with modern furniture including a queen size bed, dresser, bedside table as well as ample closet space. The bathroom is located near by in the hallway and is private.

The shared space includes a dream kitchen (huge and offering modern appliances with a bar top area for casual seating). There is also a dining room with a table for up to 8, a living room with a large TV (incl streaming apps), and a washer dryer.

The house comes with a large, fenced outdoor space full of sage, lavender, and fruit trees. We are located on a peaceful street in Atwater Village – walking distance to restaurants, cafes, music venues, clubs, and the LA River bike path. We are just off the 2 and 5 freeways and a short drive or bike ride from Silverlake, Frogtown, and Eaglerock. Near public transportation.

Also a fenced, beautifully gardened front and back yard that includes a covered furnished patio with a fire pit and lots of potted plants. The backyard offers a lemon tree and persimmon tree. There is also extra seating on the porch to enjoy the front yard. Our property is secure with outside cameras and gated driveway. In addition to having plentiful street parking.

I have an indoor/outdoor kitty, who is very friendly and sociable. Loves cuddles and scratches. Be aware if you have allergies.

$1650/month including utilities OR $500/ week

I am an early 40's professional hairstylist who is a salon owner in Highland Park. I don't work from home but try to travel often. A few nights a week I am at my partners house and a few nights a week he is over at the house. We are both friendly and social, but also respect the shared space. When at home I enjoy cooking, working out, reading, hiking and lounging around our outdoor space on sunny days- and enjoying a glass of wine or two :)
