Hello!

There is a private room available for month-to-month rent or potentially longterm for the right person. Everything included! The bedroom is located on the second floor of my house and you would be sharing the bathroom with me (female). The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, closet and flat screen smart TV. It overlooks the backyard which has a patio, grill and seating area.

There is a living room downstairs with a sectional couch, tv, small exercise room, dining room and open kitchen with a Viking oven/stove and dishwasher. Washer and dryer is located in the basement of my house. I also have a driveway which is available if you have a car.

The house is located in Kew Gardens, a 5 min walk from the 121st J train stop, the E and F train are a 10 min walk away and the LIRR at Kew Gardens is very close by and is 16 minutes to get to Manhattan. The area is nice, quiet and residential. There are several restaurants/cafes, a Trader Joe’s and other grocery stores nearby.

My names Farah and I’m the owner of the home. I’m clean and easy to get along with, I work from home Monday-Friday, so preferably you would work outside the house but I am open to figuring out a suitable arrangement. Wifi and utilities are included in the rental price! I am also open to well-behaved dogs or iguanas.

I really love my house and I am hoping to find someone who can respect that as well. It is important to me to keep a peaceful and considerate home with good communication. No parties or frequent random guests. However, I am okay with bf/gf’s, family or the occasional friends coming over. I am always down to have a glass a wine or cook dinner together!
