This flex bedroom has direct access to our generous backyard and comes furnished with a full-size bed, a desk and chair, a dresser, a separate clothes rack for storage, and a portable AC unit. The bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the apartment for maximum privacy. The building is conveniently located just five minutes walk from the Myrtle/Broadway J M and Z trains, and fifteen minutes walk from the Morgan L. It takes about fifteen minutes on the train to get to Manhattan/LES. We are within close walking distance of Bushwick staples like Loveless Coffees, Bushwick Bakery, Formosa, Birdy's, Mr. Kiwi, and more! Several grocery stores are nearby as well.

Water and heating are included in the rent, WiFi and electricity are an additional $50 to $75 per month.
