I'm subletting my very special Hunter's Point LIC apartment while I’m away. It'll be available for the following dates:

- Tuesday, May 27th to Monday, June 16th
- Tuesday, July 1st to Tuesday, July 29th
- I'm also open to subletting from May 27th to July 29th, and adjusting the start/end by a couple or so days

Built in 1910, the building retains its original charm with a tin ceiling in the kitchen and exposed brick accents, adding a unique and historic touch. The neighborhood is safe and community-oriented, with a wide array of restaurants, bars, and cafes all within walking distance.
