Sublet an unfurnished garden adjacent bedroom in a 3-bedroom garden apartment in a brownstone in Ridgewood, Queens off of the Fresh Pond M.

We are looking for a kind, responsible, and tidy person to rent a room in our three-bedroom apartment.

No couples, pets, smoking in the house, or parties, please. Bonus points if you're queer, and are familiar with cleaning up after yourself.

Please be Covid conscious. We are all vaccinated and boosted.

The apartment has a large cook's kitchen, a lovely table in a nook, one bathroom with a tub, and a comfortable sitting area with two couches and chairs. We have high-speed WIFI throughout the house.

Our neighborhood is great with many beautiful markets, mom-and-pop shops, and a laundromat around the corner. Most everything you need is within walking distance, and it's a 30-minute train ride on the elevated Fresh Pond M to the Lower East Side.

$1250 a month plus utilities usually $60-100 depending on electricity usage.

My roommate and I work in the arts and education.

We’re looking for someone who will contribute to rotating chores each week, is responsible, and is thoughtful to sublet a room from March 1 to September 1st with the potential for an extended sublease.
