This is a furnished, short-term sublease with somewhat flexible dates. I am seeking someone from Feb through mid March (ideally).

However, I'm not sure if I will be returning to NYC after that time period, so there is a slight possibility of a lease takeover if I choose to say goodbye to NY forever.

This would be a great apartment for a family or couple new to NY needing a place to land while searching for their long-term situation.

About the apartment:

Beautiful two-floor, sun-drenched 4bed 2bath apartment. Located in the Stuyvesant Heights historic district of Bed-Stuy, the unit is the top two floors of a renovated brownstone on the same block as some of Bed-Stuy's most beloved businesses!

This is such a unique space because it really feels like a home, not an apartment. The back of the unit looks out to lush backyard views (there are flowering trees in spring) and there are always birds chirping; it's truly an oasis in the midst of a crazy city!
