Move in: January 27 (it’s a sublease that turns into a longer lease, until March 1, 2026)

Great lighting, all bedrooms face quiet street with plenty of sunshine. New building, elevator, gym, laundry, rooftop, media room, and even a office room for the tenants. In the plan attached, it is the highlighted circled room with double closets. Fits a full sized dresser, queen bed as shown in photo, and even a desk if you WFH with a closet. AC units in all separate rooms (heaven..).
Love this building and the location. Looking to find the perfect fit to replace me for my awesome roommate.
Please note the room will be furnished. No pets or couples. Has optional parking for extra $ in the building.

Current roommate is super chill, clean, respectful, knows how to cohabitate with someone, collaborative, and works from office half of the week or traveling for work. She loves to come home to a clean, uplifting, good energetic space. We don’t host any parties, I treat my apartment as a sanctuary from all the NY noise.

The typical week for my roomie looks like: Going to work, then heading to work out class or dinner with friends, or going home and cooking dinner/ meal prepping. Weekends are to recharge at home or be out and about in the city!
