Hi! I'm subletting my studio in the heart of Greenwich Village while I'm traveling.

The place is super cosy and surprisingly quiet given it's a central location. Plenty of streaming channels if you're looking to stay in and relax (Netflix, Disney, Hulu, Prime) but this is a super walkable neighborhood so you're probably going to want to get out and explore what the city has to offer.

Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cooking equipment, although there's currently no microwave. I moved in recently and haven't had all my stuff shipped to NYC so there is plenty of space for you to store clothing and belongings while you're here.

Close to everything you could need; Trader Joes is a 7 minute walk, plenty of yoga/pilates studios/gyms, 5 train lines within a 10 min walk and of course lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is on the second floor. There are a few laundromats around, the closest one is on my street about a three minute walk away.

Cost includes all utilities and I'm open to subletting for a portion of the time I'm away.

I'd prefer to sublet to a single person (open to a couple), however ultimately looking for someone clean and responsible who will take care of my place and treat it well while I'm gone. Plants will need to be occasionally watered.
