Clean, quiet studio in lovely Hell's Kitchen available over New Years Eve week. Easy half mile walk to subway with easy access all over NYC. Queen size bed, large couch to lay out on that also pulls out for a makeshift bed. Lockbox outside for keys -- easy. Wifi and 50" TV.
