We are looking to swap our beautiful two-bedroom two bathroom apartment on Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica for a similarly sized apartment in lower Manhattan or Williamsburg. The apartment is bright and airy, with a huge terrace. The secured building has 24-hour door service, a gym, a pool, and a sauna. The beach is easily accessible by crossing the pedestrian bridge over the Pacific Coast Highway. The apartment is close to Venice Beach, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood and Malibu. A perfect place to escape the cold over the holidays! We would love to swap for a two or three-bedroom apartment or loft in lower Manhattan or Williamsburg.
