Many popular restaurants are in the vicinity in both Clinton Hill and Bed Stuy, easy access to all of NYC via G subway or buses, walking, biking. CitiBikes within 1 block. Great location, easy walk to Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Pratt sculpture garden, Navy Yard.

First floor of the duplex is street level (wheelchair accessible), has kitchen/ dining living space plus primary bedroom (queen bed) and full bathroom. I'm a solo parent who works in media and education, with two musician kids (one in college, one in high school). This is our full-time home, so there's no flexibility in dates beyond what's listed due to the school year calendar.

Our lovely home is fully stocked with all furnishings of a comfortable, family abode, including some musical instruments if you are so inclined to jam - just take good care of them!
