You need to be clean and take care of the apt like we do . We are pretty quiet and we do not bring the party home . In the summer time we do grill in the yard here and there but never till late and we do not bring the party at home .

One roommate is from France, studying for his PHD and the other one from Chicago, works in education & from home 3 days out of the week .
