THE APARTMENT
This light-filled 5th floor elevator apartment is is a true one-bedroom, with a fully-stocked galley kitchen, a gorgeous custom bathroom that was just renovated, a large dining room/foyer, and a large office off the kitchen with two desks, a convertible standing desk, and a 24-inch monitor.
The apartment is bigger than a lot of 2-BRs, and all rooms look out across several tree-lined blocks of single-family homes, so there's actually a lovely view--a rare thing in Brooklyn.
The hardwood floors are original, and the place is furnished with a few collectors' pieces and lots of plants and books. There are AC units in the office, bedroom, and living room. The bedroom has a new Cal King (not pictured) and dual exposure windows. There's a nice film projector in the living room, with Apple TV and all streaming services. The place is clean and smoke free, and honestly really special.
THE BUILDING
1940 Deco with a card-operated laundry room, bike storage, and an elevator.
