Our family is in search of a new home in the heart of Uptown Kingston! We are flexible and open to buying or renting.

If buying, we'd love to hear from you about selling us your home – perhaps save you some money on agency fees. We'd love to snatch up your beautiful home and close quickly, we are pre-approved, can provide proof of funds and whatever is needed. Whether it's turnkey or needs some TLC and renovation work, we'll take it.

If renting, we would need a home that is dog-friendly (we have a 55lb goldendoodle) and has outdoor space (ideally fenced). Perhaps you hadn't considered renting or didn't think you could find renters – here we are.

For either option we're hoping to find a minimum of 3 beds, 2 baths – timing is flexible, anytime between now and next spring/summer would be amazing – Uptown Kingston is a hard requirement :)
