Have a range of cooking toys should you like to cook - stand mixer, insta-pot, sousvide, pasta mill, etc. Have spent time making the space warm, colorful and welcome for people to enjoy.

Bedroom is large with north facing windows. 2 closets in the bedroom and a third hallway closet just for you. Shared bathroom that is kept clean. Coin operated laundry in building. Two elevators, we are on the 4th floor.

I work in fitness and am usually out early, but home early too. Will pig out on pizza too ;) apt is great for work from home with high speed wifi and Ethernet in the room

Nice undiscovered park for picinic, basketball, skateboarding or handball nearby. Farmers market during the week.. prospect park is a short bike ride too. With BK museum, library and botanic gardens.

Utl ~$100-120 per month, AC subway express at Nostrand stop 10 min walk, 5 min to Kingston. 35 min to downtown Manhattan.
