Home is kept clean and neat, pretty laid back and generally quiet with no late night parties, drugs or smoking indoors. Neighborhood is really special. Arty and widely accepting. Building is on a tree lined street with three community gardens on the block, two free libraries, near a vegan bakery, numerous grocery stores and great restaurants. Three parks, museums and shopping spots are a short walk (or bus ride) away. B52 bus is on the block, G train is two blocks away and access to downtown is about five minutes away, making Manhattan within 35 minutes.

I'm neat, like to keep the home the same. I'm relatively quiet - don't party, am in bed pretty early - and would prefer to keep our home from being the party house with no late parties and no smoking or drugs in the home.
