I've been here since November, looking to take over from my current roommate who is moving to a one bedroom downstairs. You and I would be applying for this apartment and starting a new lease together. Basically all the furnishing is hers </3 so we can fill the space together!

I love this apartment - LOTS of closet space, big windows with plenty of light and sky views, paid laundry in basement, updated kitchen with dishwasher, elevator in building. The bedroom best fits a full bed, it can fit a queen but less comfortably. The bedroom and closet photos featured are of my room and my closet, but note the bedrooms and closets are the same size - the available bedroom actually has two windows instead of just one.

I'm a 28 y/o woman, quite easygoing and relaxed at home. I like to keep the space tidy (ex: clearing the kitchen before bed) but I don't adhere to a chore schedule. I feel it's best practice to reset common spaces after each use for the next person. I'm a teacher so most weeknights I'm home making dinner watching tv etc. or I'm out at a friend's place. I keep an earlyish bedtime (10:30/11pm) and weekday mornings I'm out of the house around 7:30am. I have a cat so I'm not keen on more pets in the space (though open to discussing if the stars are aligning otherwise). In general, I like home to be a chill and gentle space to recharge, on the quieter side but I'm open to guests with a heads-up. 4/20 friendly! Ideally looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s who either like cats or has lived with them before :)
