Hey everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for my smaller bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment in Ridgewood. The lease runs until December 2025, and rent is $1,350/month.
The Apartment & Building:
* Located in the Ridgewood Flowerama building
* Walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, many grocery stores, and bars
* Near multiple transit options for an easy commute
* Two sweet cats live in the apartment
The Room & Amenities:
* Cozy, well-lit bedroom
* Shared common areas (kitchen, bathroom, living space)
* Building has a great vibe and community
About This Lister
Quiet space - the apartment is fully furnished, but the room for rent will be empty. My roommate has 2 lovely cats and enjoys reading and cooking.

Along with the filled out application we will need the following supporting documents:
- Copy of Photo ID
- Last Years Tax Return
- 2 Most Recent Bank Statements
- 2 Most Recent Pay Stubs
