This spacious studio has plenty of room for a large bed, a desk, TV area and reading nook. We're a couple (Becca & Paul) that lives upstairs, and the only shared spaces are the kitchen and shower. Plus, your room looks out on a private courtyard out back with outdoor seating, grills and a garden.

Franklin/India cross streets offers the best of Greenpoint lifestyle shops, best restaurants, the G train is a 5 minute walk away, and the East River Ferry is a 2 minute walk away.
