- Bedroom for rent has private access to your own rooftop, a queen bed, a desk, and a closet.

- Furniture can also be removed if unneeded.

- Rent is $1700 monthly and includes all utilities (ConEd, NatGrid, Internet). A/C window unit is also included.

Building:

- The building is small (3 units)

- Unit is a 2nd floor walkup with newly renovated kitchen/bathroom and dishwasher.

- Storage unit and washer dryer in basement.

- Close proximity to grocery stores, parks, bars, laundromat/wash and fold services, and restaurants.

Misc:

- I have a dog who is extremely people friendly and must be the only pet in the home. She is well trained, will occasionally bark at loud noise in the hallway or street but not much else.

- Seeking a one year commitment, but can be amenable for the right fit. Utilities (internet, electric, gas) are included in rent.
