This is a BIG room (12'x14.5) at the border of South Williamsburg and Bedstuy a block away from Pratt. Its perfect for an artist who has a home studio practice (this is what I use it for).

High Ceilings, wood floors, and a built in closet. Lots or charm and character. Right near Myrtle Ave and Clinton Hill with a ton of restaurants.

I am a filmmaker and am going away for a few months (timeline is very negotiable - more time is available if you are interested!) to finish a film.

My two roommates' - also filmmakers - are a couple who live in a bedroom with a separate hallway entrance. I also use the living room as home office and studio extension so its between renting a room and renting a studio apartment. Most of the apartment is yours. Really only the kitchen and bathroom are shared.

As much or as little of the existing furniture can be in the bedroom when you move in!
