It’s a spacious 1.5 bedroom, railroad-style apartment that sits on the top floor of a quiet 3-story walkup just 2 blocks from McGolrick Park in Greenpoint.
It’s an 8-10 minute walk from the Nassau G stop and a 10-12 minute walk to the Graham L stop. You can walk to McCarren Park and the heart of Williamsburg in less than 15 minutes.
It has a large eat-in kitchen with tons of modern appliances (espresso machine, rice cooker, food processor, toaster oven, blender) and all the cookware and prep space you could ask for.
The living room has south-facing windows that get amazing light. There’s a super comfy Joybird sectional, a record player with tons of records, and a 60” TV with local cable, most streaming platforms, and a Nintendo switch.
There’s a queen-sized bed with a brand new Casper mattress in a cozy bedroom “nook” right off the living room.
And there’s a personal office equipped with a large desk, dual monitors, Hermann Miller chair, bookshelf, reading chair, and 6ft mirror. There are multiple large sliding closets that I would partially empty out for you.
Finally, there’s a small bathroom off the kitchen! Did I mention there are super high ceilings throughout the space?
The apartment is on a very quiet street right off Driggs, with a great coffee shop, ice cream shop, and grocery store less than 2 blocks away. There are tons of great restaurants and bars within a 3-5 minute walk too.
And McGolrick Park is truly a dream. Super quiet, well shaded with massive old trees, a weekly farmers market, a dog park, etc! I promise you'll fall in love with the space, and the area.
I’m (he/him) a 37-year old creative director who has lived in New York for almost 10 years. I’ve been renting this apartment for 2 years now and am totally in love with the place, and the beautiful surrounding neighborhood.
I am hoping to find someone who will treat it with the same level of appreciation and respect that I do. I will be your primary contact person, but will have local friends you can contact if you need anything while I’m traveling.
Current Tenant
I’m looking for someone to pay $1500 all-in for the period of Friday, January 31 to Saturday, February 15th. That's 15 nights at just $100 per night!
I do have some flexibility on these dates, especially if you'd like to stay a few more days. Let me know your ideal dates when you message me! Nightly rate stays the same.
I am happy to provide an additional discount if you agree to take care of my plants (and keep them healthy) during your stay. Otherwise, I will have a friend visit once a week to water them.
I’ll also ask that you pay a refundable $300 security deposit for peace mind! No pets, unfortunately.
