This is a month-to-month sublet, but we are looking for someone who can stay at least 2 and up to 12 months!

The room is spacious and has:
-south facing window with lots of natural light (sorry for the nighttime photos!)
-large walk in closet
-private bathroom/shower that enters from inside the room
-space for a desk/working station setup
-perfect for someone who wants to come&go / have privacy - the room is the furthest from the common space

-large fully stocked kitchen
-central AC/heat

About the building:
-new construction in the heart of Prospect Heights
-Gym with sauna
-Large roof
-Movie/game room
-Doorman
-Great management company, building is quiet and always clean
-Parking available for monthly fee

How we live:
-We are quiet, clean, and respectful of one another. We use our apartment as a place to recharge, and keep common spaces clean & the apt quiet to be cognizant of each other. We have a strong preference for a roommate with a history of living in shared spaces. We occasionally overlap in the apartment and briefly chat when we do, but generally use the space as a place to recharge.

About This Lister

We are two roommates that have lived in this space 5 years, and love our apartment! We both have office jobs and work from a mix of home and office, so keep the space quiet during the day. We are both active and frequently out of the apartment for activities around the city. We rarely host gatherings at our apartment and mostly use the common space to cook or occasionally watch TV, but also make sure to leave time for each other to use the space unoccupied. We are friendly in passing but do not have expectations that you chat with us and are respectful of your need to also use the space to recharge, looking for someone similar!
