A little bit about this apartment: this is a top floor, spacious and sunny one bedroom apartment in the heart of Lakeview and very close to the brown line Wellington stop making it incredibly accessible to get downtown. The lake is also just a quick 20 min walk away! The apartment has brand new appliances (including a dishwasher) with an incredible kitchen that I will miss cooking in, IN-UNIT laundry, and a patio which is in the process of being remodeled.

The rent is $2,055 + utilities.
