Lease Takeover
Looking for a tenant to take over a lease ending on May 31st, starting in November or December (can be flexible). Space includes 2 full bathrooms, in-unit washer/drier, dishwasher, full kitchen, and shared roof access. Probably can work best for either couples or a single tenant that’s planning to host visitors often.
The building is a 2 minute walk from the Seneca M stop and a 9 minute walk from the Myrtle-Wyckoff L stop.
The apartment is on the ground floor and includes a basement.
About This Lister
My name’s Cy (he/him) - I’m an engineer and drummer. This was my first apartment in NYC and it suited me well, but I’m trying to move out because I want to live closer to my band’s recording studio. I can show the space myself to anyone interested in taking over the lease. I also have some furniture here that may be available if you’re interested.

Rental requirements
According to the landlord: monthly income must be at least 3x the rent, preferable credit score of 650 or above, completes Obligo agreement.
Guarantors are welcome if aforementioned requirements are not met.
Pets Policy
Pets are supposed to be approved in advance by the landlord. Multiple tenants in the building have cats and dogs and I was able to catsit here for 3 weeks with no hassle from the landlord - just advance notice was enough for approval via email.
