I am Sophia 28 y.o. looking for a furnished room (1200-1500 utilities included). As I'm still getting to know New York, I don't have a preference for a particular area. But I prefer quiet neighbourhoods. What is important to me is a good subway connection so that I can get to Manhattan easily.

It's important to me that the apartment is clean and that my roommates are tidy. I would not like to live in a flat share where there are regular parties or a lot of visitors in general.

I am very flexible about moving in and out dates. If you can offer me a place for just part of my stay that would be great too! I would prefer to stay in the same place all the time, but I can see how that might be a challenge :)

I studied art in Germany (not fine art, but art-media-esthetic education). I am here in New York for an internship in Manhattan. When meeting new people I might seem more reserved but I am very open and love to go out and attend social events. However home for me is my place to recharge.

As I have my own flat in my home town, I know very well how to keep a place clean and take care of a communal living environment. I also sublet my place very often, so I will be very respectful with the things I find here in my new place.

I am in the office 3 days a week. The other days I might work a bit from home or from a coffee shop. In my free time I will be out exploring the city or visiting art fairs or vintage shops.
