*move-in between October 20th & November 1st
*duration: 6-12 months (open to longer!)
*unfurnished room
*natural light during the day and soft lighting at night
*big enough for a full bed, dresser, and desk with a little space leftover
*closets please
*prefer my own bathroom but not a dealbreaker
*central AC and heat
*washer/dryer in unit or building
