Hi! My name is Savy! I’m looking for a roommate to share my dreamy 2 bedroom house! I just moved in mid-July. The house is recently updated with a gorgeous full wrap-around yard and lots of large windows/ natural light. It's in a very nice upscale neighborhood right by 1st st and south congress. There is great shopping and restaurants nearby. The house has everything you can imagine including fast wi-fi, new appliances, washer and dryer, a big yard, central AC and heat, parking, and the most lovely natural light.

I grew up in Boston but have lived in Venice beach for the past 10 years. I used to work in tech but am currently pursuing starting my own business. I temporarily work from home but am out often. When I’m not working I’m out exploring, being active, watching bad reality tv, or hanging with friends. I have 2 mini non-shedding very friendly dogs (bernedoodles) so ideally you love pups!
