NYC Park across street. School across street. Police station nearby. Lovely Euro/BK Village like enclave, Bodega's, Groceries, Bars, Restaurants, and a killer Bakery, all nearby in walking distance. But all casual...this is not Williamsburg! First photo is from Rooftop which there is access.

Rental can be 1 year or more.
All of us are out & about and value a non-Party environment that is 'normal'. Clean Freak Warning! Must Clean behind yourself, House cleaning on a rotation, Cleaning up behind yourself, not bringing the Party home, and RESPECT for one another & property! No-smoking 420 friendly.

Room is unfurnished.

Room offered has an above average height large closet, also Room has 2 windows overlooking Garden with lots of light. Wood floor. Heat/Air conditioning unit. Private door/entry to 'Backyard/Garden'!

Its a 2 level Apt. with 4 rooms and 1.5 Bathrooms. We are 4 roommates (1.5 Bathrooms) each room separate in location (Front, middle, back, & basement). Privacy easy.

Basement is occupied by Restaurant worker Male from California (L.A.) 41 y.o. Others are 1x Mature male (from NYC) works all the time never here. Last roommate is a Female Fashionista never here. Other Female roomies welcomed!

We have two Laundries nearby. Bills/Utilities are not much split 4 ways. Winter makes the highest bills! J line Gates is closest as well as C train. Dishwasher in house as well.
Room again has Window Door onto Garden with steps. Heat/Air conditioning unit. This room is closest to Bathroom and in Back of Apt. (quiet).
