I am seeking an Artist to sublet my spacious painting studio with 10’ ceilings and a window, located in the garment district. Sublet period until MAY or POSSIBILITY TO TAKEOVER LEASE

I ask that you are responsible, clean, and considerate as the space is kept clean.

*If oil paint : Non toxic solvents only!
The studio is a 5 minute walk from Penn station with access to many subways.

The building is secure with security cameras and security weekdays and 24 hour access.
There is elevator access and a communal slop sink.

Please note I will have paintings and some supplies neatly stored on one wall (not shown in image)
