The apartment has dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit with modern finishes and views of midtown and up the river all the way to the George Washington Bridge. Apartment has a Sonos surround system with Samsung Frame TV, espresso machine, sodastream, air fryer, popcorn machine.

Highlight of the building is a LifeTime Fitness with direct elevator access (separate month-to-month membership) which makes fitting in a workout any time of day easy. Amenities include cafe, working area, indoor/outdoor pools, basketball courts, spa services and my favorite part is the spa pool area with sauna, steam room, hot tub and cold plunge with lounge chairs (I normally spend hours there every week in winter).
