Nervous System for Actors + Performers
A 4-week journey (online) for performing artists in somatic nervous system co-regulation.

Be more deeply attuned, less stressed, feel more pleasure.
Participants will walk away with a felt sense knowing of their own nervous system baseline (how it actually feels in real time when they are under a sense of threat versus feeling safety and pleasure), how to nourish and support more resilience, and how to work with the waves of emotions that are part and parcel of being a performer.

If you want this class to change your life, I believe that it will. I say this because there is an element of frontier in this work. It's edgy: we touch consciousness and the numbness surrounding it. We expand ourselves into and beyond the boundaries of body.

Bringing in the language, the science, and most importantly the agency to feel mastery around this physiological process is so empowering. Life changing for me and those I work with.

About this Lister

I am a somatic practitioner, screen actress and performance artist.

I work one on one with performers, parents, and others to learn their nervous systems and bring this practice into their everyday and professional lives.

A Los Angeles native, I now live and work in Croatia with my family. My practice is mostly online.
