They are a nice professional couple - both lawyers, one teaches at UCLA. No pets, children are grown and gone. Detached, private - no sharing with others ideally. Wi-fi essential. Laundry in the apartment or home. TV would be nice. Furnished kitchen (utensils and dishtowels and dishwasher), sheets and bedding, towels for bathroom - again, they have nothing. Off-street parking - they have two cars.
