This apartment has four large windows in the living room letting in beautiful natural light, a big living room, which separates both rooms. A nice kitchen. Shower with great water pressure( It matters if you have ever had bad water pressure).
Wall AC in every room which is great, I love being able to control the heat and the AC.
Laundry in the building and it's a walk-up, we are on the third floor. There are two entrances to the building which is nice to have multiple accessibility.
The room is on the bigger side,in the pictures is a Queen Bed but you could totally fit a King Bed, if you have one. The room has north-west facing windows so you get great light throughout the day, nice for plants.
Located a block from the Gates J and a 8 min walk to the Central M. Conveniently located a block from Foodtown and a bunch of other grocery stores. There is a Blink fitness two blocks away and tons of Bars and Restaurants in walking distance.
The building is very quiet and so is the street, which is nice to get away from the hustle of NYC. It's a really nice apartment.
You will be living with a 29/m who works in tech and is a very respectful, nice person. Open to male or female as the person who had the room before me was female.
No PETS unfortunately.
The other roommate is 29/m who works in technology. He is quiet and respectful. We very much have different schedules so we have had a ships passing in the night sort of relationship. It's not a party house, and we are both respectful and clean. He is a very good communicator which I feel is extremely important in any roommate situation.
Any prospective people should meet the roommate and make sure both parties are cool with it, but it would be very hard to find someone who wouldn't want to live with him.
