There are 4 studios total all sharing a long window bank; $365/mth, in Treasure Island Art Studios ( in Cube Smart building), 2nd floor walk-up (Red Hook, near Gowanus border). Studios include wifi and electrical outlets within each space. Down the hall there is a shared slop sink, bathroom and kitchenette area. It is a secure building with 24/7 access and an excellent supportive artist community. Other amenities of the building are an art gallery with juried shows, a community printer and an outdoor terrace. The building participates in "Gowanus Open Studios" event every October, as well as others.

I am a painter subletting my studio space. I manage the whole space. There are three other artists in the three other equally- sized spaces. I look forward to finding another artist, preferably painter, with compatible work habits and schedule.
