Take over one of our pet-friendly 2 bedroom Catskills lake community bungalows for 2 days up to 2+ months (dates flexible)! Enjoy vintage charm, modern conveniences, and chic Swedish-inspired décor. Both homes feature work-from-home setups with desks and fast internet (200+ Mbps), lake access with canoe/pedal boat, and paddle boards. One bungalow includes Level 2 EV charging. Rates vary by season; see below.

Just 2 hours from NYC in the Catskills, come for pretty strolls along the lake, ample swimming opportunities, forest hikes, concerts at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, the original Woodstock site, the proximity to the Delaware River with tubing and rafting, the Catskills craft beverage trail, and charming towns including Livingston Manor, Callicoon, and Narrowsburg with great dining and shopping. **About Smallwood**
A friendly lake community with charming 1930s-40s log cabins. Features include a lake, waterfall, hiking trails, outdoor gym, post office, and restaurant. A walk around the lake takes about 40 minutes.

Low season rates November 15-May 15, September 2-30, and from November 15 (not applicable during major holidays)
$150/night weeknight 2-night minimum (includes all utilities and maintenance)
$185/night for 4 days over a weekend (includes all utilities and maintenance)
