Outstanding Prime Williamsburg location. 
We are only 1 block -a 1 minute walk- to the Lorimer stop on the L train, Metropolitan stop on the G (5 minutes to 1st Ave, 7 minutes to Union Square in Manhattan). 

We have access to our very own (not a common one, but our own) private yard. 

Full sized bed, desk, lamp and chair are included (not the ones in the images).

About This Lister

This place has been my home for more than a decade. 
Over this period we had a successful mix of creative female and male roommates, ages ranging from early 20's to mid 40's. A few PhDs, Masters programs, movies and novels were finished (and published!) while here. The last two (art director) roommates lived in the house for 4 and 3 years respectively. Current roommate of one year is moving in with her boyfriend at the end of March. Second roommate -has lived with us for the past year and a half- is on his last year of a Masters in Film at NYU. I'm into photography and film. We work and travel a lot and look forward to keeping the home a positive, respectful, creative and drama free environment.
