Hello! We’re back in the market for a new housemate, female preferred. We’ve got a great little situation 20 steps from the ocean, right on the border of Santa Monica and Venice Beach.

Place is a spacious and fully renovated Japanese-inspired duplex with 3 bedrooms / 3 baths, skylights everywhere, a luxe and comfortable living and dining room, a spacious garden (grill, firepit, dining and lounge furniture) and an in-house washer/dryer. We’re on a charming little walk street (pedestrian only) just north of Rose Avenue. Month-to-month guests are welcome but priority is given to longer term interest.

The room available has high ceilings, a queen bed, a nightstand and a desk, and the bathroom has great water pressure and tons of storage. (The room also just got fresh new carpet!)

Utilities are pretty low and are split between housemates, and we have house cleaners who visit us bi-weekly.

We are two women in our 20s/30s and keep the house reasonably clean. We’re fun and maintain a decent balance of going out / hanging at home. Must like dogs -- we have a very sweet 4 year old husky beagle in the house. Hope to find a housemate who shares some of our interests, and values a happy and peaceful home environment.
