I hope I can help someone on a transition or just looking to experience London. I built 7 artist studios out in 2019 and kept this micro studio for myself. I go away for a break from the cold every Dec till Mar and was hoping to fill my place this year with a like minded individual. The studio is very relaxing and all neighroughing studios keep to themselves and are quiet. There is no smoking in the unit.
