Looking for a female roommate to join our peaceful, clean, and cozy flat in a small building with only 2 other apartments.

The Room:

- Available starting February 15th, but March 1st move-in is also possible.
- Shared bathroom with just one other person.
- Faces the quiet courtyard, letting in gorgeous natural light.
- Huge closet space for all your things!

The Flat:

- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the second floor.
- Very close to grocery stores, bodegas, and a laundromat just around the corner (1-minute walk).
- Helpful landlord.
- Easy access to public transport: Hewes station (J/M) and Broadway (G) are nearby, with Lorimer L station just a 7-10 minute walk.

What We're Looking For:

We are two women (in our late-20s and early-30s) looking for a friendly, responsible, respectful, and communicative roommate to stay long term. We enjoy sharing time together, but we're not into the party scene. We prefer a calm, peaceful environment with mutual respect for each other's space.
