This is a spacious first floor apartment located in a quiet Burbank neighborhood. The living space is fully furnished with a huge kitchen space and plenty of storage. With multiple couches and seating areas as well as both large and small fridges to support 3 tenants. The available room is completely clear/unfurnished, gets great light during the daytime and shares a large full bathroom with another long time clean tenant. It has large windows and a big closet space. The laundry room is directly out back with two assigned access days for our apartment. Street parking is readily available and safe at all times right out front. We share utilities which come out to about $50-100 a month total depending how much we lean on the Central Air/Heat. Water and trash pickup included. The back patio is home to a orange tree and the front has a lemon tree, we have a fruit picker out back. We are right around the corner from the Buena Vista Public Library, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, with fast freeway access. We have lived here almost five years and are looking to fill the 3rd room ASAP.

I am a musician and freelance audio/video engineer. I work often in press junkets for movies and tv, recording studios and live event mixing. I moved to LA about 5 years ago with my other current roommate to pursue creative work. I perform whenever I can and love to go to restaurants/events with my friends. I work on music often but always on headphones/quietly at night. I am pretty quiet/lowkey most of the time and have a lot of early call times (as does my other roommate, who does similar work). We are both in our late 20s, liberal and love everyone!

We are searching for viable candidates to submit an application to our landlords, to move in ASAP. We have had issues finding people with the financial requirements of our landlords so far. New tenant would re-sign a month to month lease with us, but we are only looking for people who have intentions of staying long term.
