My husband and I are looking to find someone to take over our lease for a great 1 bedroom apartment in Brooklyn Heights, beginning May 16th. We have loved living in this quiet unit in a fantastic neighborhood, and are only relocating due to work.

The space has high ceilings and gorgeous crown moulding throughout, with lots of built in shelving for storage and a pantry off the kitchen. There is shared laundry in the basement.

The building is pet friendly, and the unit has a beautiful backyard that is technically shared with one other unit (though they have not used the space once since we moved in).

The location is extremely convenient, located a block away from a new Foodtown grocery store, and a 5-10 minute walk from Trader Joe's and multiple gyms. It is a 5 minute walk to the the 4/5/2/3/R trains at Borough Hall/Court Street station.

We are looking for someone to take over our lease from May 16th through the end of the lease on September 30th, with an option to renew.
