I love my place but I'm working more in LA these days. So renting in beginning December 16th. Its available short or long term. I don't have a definite end date in mind but its also available for short term, weeks or days if no one takes it long term.

This is a one bedroom with a circular layout. The living room has two halves, divided by french doors which become an office and living room proper. The pictures show it all.

Theres about 22 steps up to the apartment. Its on the back of the building overlooking a public area. and its quietness and serenity were why I chose it in the first place.
