Traditionally the farm managers home, built in the 1920s all within the original design. Fully furnished with linens and necessities. Strong internet, dedicated office space and cool breeze. This is our home which we rent out when we are away.

Secluded but short walk to center of Monterey, close to Lake Garfield, Beartown State Forest and a short drive to Great Barrington amenities. Two houses are on the shared property at a neighborly distance, we with stay in the smaller cabin.

About This Lister

We are an intergenerational family managing the property which has been in the family for more than 50 years. We will be on site off and on and expect to have a certain amount of interaction, although privacy will be offered and is appreciated.
